At Bitwork, we match the role to people we've personally interviewed, assessed, and vetted. In fact, to apply to be a Bitworker you must be recommended.
How much does it cost?
When you engage someone from our network, you pay them directly for their services plus a small percentage fee to Bitwork for the duration of the engagement. This ensures we're incentivised to make successful, lasting matches.
Is there a minimum engagement period?
No. One of the benefits of Bitwork is the flexibility to engage talent for exactly the time you need—whether that's a few hours of consultation, a part-time role over several months, or an interim position.
What if I want to hire the person full time?
